R.F.E.C.Y. believes in giving all children and youth access to those opportunities that will help them to develop to their fullest potential.

Programs and Services offered by R.F.E.C.Y. are:
 
Collaborative – We work with other service providers to facilitate access to a wide range of expertise in a model that supports a continuum of service.
Inclusionary –   We recognize and respect the rights of all individuals to be respected and accepted within his/her community.
Responsive –   Service is family driven and the Agency is committed to responding to family wishes in a timely and non-judgmental manner.
Skill building –  Programs and strategies focus on building strengths in the child and youth as well as supporting the growth of the family as a whole.
 
We have a long history of strong, stable leadership within the community focused on:
 

• Programs to meet community needs
• Advocacy to ensure that every child/youth – regardless of geography, parental income and the level of challenge – will have access to a continuum of quality services that are responsive to individual needs.
