The Children’s Services Community Training Task Group plans and coordinates training opportunities related to mental health for professionals working in children’s services in Durham Region.

The Children’s Services Community Training Task Group meets the needs of services by providing:

• Community workshops/conferences for service providers, focused on mental health.
• Subsidy for individual professional development.
• Planning and coordination of training opportunities that are reflective of current community needs.

How can I make a referral?

• Applications for individual professional development subsidies are submitted to for review and decision making.
• Ideas for community training can be submitted to for consideration.
