Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder

The Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Durham committee is comprised of service providers from education, health and social services with an interest in improving Durham Region's response to this disability.

Committee members are committed to educating about FASD through:

• the distribution of materials.
• the coordination of conferences.
• maintaining a roster of speakers who can present an introduction to FASD.
• providing support to the FASD Parent Group.
