Helping Children Youth And Their Families

Funding Options
We work with families to help identify government funding options which may be accessible to meet the needs of the child. Critical Intervention funding may be available to support child/youth with complex needs that require additional funding beyond that which is available in the community.

Advocate
We will advocate with and for children with complex needs and their families to ensure that services support their needs.

Follow-Up
The Case Coordinator will oversee and offer assistance to service providers and your family when implementing the service plan.

Service Plan Development
A Case Coordinator may facilitate a conference with the family, service providers currently involved and others who may provide supports and deliver services for your family. An individualized service plan will be developed to address short and long term needs, which may include limited short-term critical intervention funding. We work in partnership with families and community service providers to develop the best service plan for the child/youth.

Networking
We provide the structure to support agencies to work together. We encourage shared utilization of resources to support the child/youth and family.

Education/Training
We assist service providers in collective community planning, research and system development. Provide and/or seek out training workshops relevant to the needs of Agencies to increase knowledge and skills related to the clients they service.
